Serena Zhou is a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager in the Fixed Income US Multi-Sector Group. Previously, she was a portfolio analyst in AB's Global Multi-Sector Group in 2020 and a quantitative analyst in the Fixed Income Quantitative Research Group from 2013 to 2019. Prior to joining the firm in 2013, Zhou was an associate director in the Quantitative Research Analytic Group at S&P Global, where she was responsible for quantitative research in corporate and government rating and built the Market Derived Signal Model. Before that, Zhou worked as a quantitative derivatives analyst at ING. She received a BS in statistics from People's University of China, Beijing, in 2008 and an MS in computational finance at Carnegie Mellon University in 2009. Zhou is a CFA charterholder. AJ Rivers is a Senior Vice President and Head of US Retail Fixed Income Business Development. Prior to joining AB in 2022, he was the director of Product Strategy at Lord Abbett. Throughout his career, Rivers has been directly involved in the rates and credit markets, and has directed the product development and competitive positioning of investment strategies in traditional and alternative assets. He has held roles in trading, risk management, portfolio analytics and product strategy. Rivers attended the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University and graduated from the University at Buffalo for undergrad.
