Daniel G. Kaye was appointed a Director of AB in 2017, and has been a Director of Equitable Holdings, Equitable Financial Life Insurance Company and Equitable Financial Life Insurance Company of America since 2015. In addition, he also served as a director of Ferrellgas and AXA Insurance Company. From January 2013 to May 2014, Kaye served as interim CFO and treasurer of HealthEast Care System. He retired from Ernst & Young in 2012 after a 35-year career, including 25 years as an audit partner, during which he gained extensive financial-services experience.
