Daniel Krup is a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager for Securitized Assets at AB. Prior to joining AB in 2021, he was a managing director at Beach Point Capital Management, where he managed both opportunistic long/short and long-only securitized asset strategies. Previously, Krup worked as an asset-backed and corporate credit portfolio manager at 400 Capital Management and as a senior analyst focused on asset-backed securities at Western Asset Management Company. He started his career at Lehman Brothers in the securitized products investment banking group. Krup holds a BA in economics from the University of Pennsylvania and is a CFA charterholder.
