Honor Solomon is Senior Vice President, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of EMEA, and Head of EMEA Retail, Client Group, responsible for AB’s Retail Sales and Marketing teams for EMEA. She joined the firm in 2022. Solomon was previously at Legal and General Investment Management as the head of retail and CEO of its unit trust business for six years. Before that, she was a managing director at BlackRock (and its predecessor company Merrill Lynch), where she worked for nearly 15 years in London, Paris and New York. Solomon’s roles included equity sales and trading, relationship management within global markets and investment banking, institutional sales to local authority and corporate pension funds, and leading the team responsible for BlackRock’s relationships with private banks, stockbrokers and fund of funds. She holds a BSc in business administration and French from University of Wales, Cardiff, and Paris-Panthéon-Assas University. Location: London
