AB Private Credit Investors™ ("AB-PCI") joined incumbent and new lenders as co-syndication agent for $325,000,000 of senior secured credit facilities provided to support Linden Capital Partners in its acquisition of Smile Doctors.

AB-PCI leveraged its strong expertise and knowledge in the healthcare/dental sector to quickly and efficiently deliver a commitment to the facilities in partnership with Twin Brook Capital Partners as agent.
