Serena Zhou is a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager in the Fixed Income US Multi-Sector Group. Previously, she was a portfolio analyst in AB's Global Multi-Sector Group in 2020 and a quantitative analyst in the Fixed Income Quantitative Research Group from 2013 to 2019. Prior to joining the firm in 2013, Zhou was an associate director in the Quantitative Research Analytic Group at S&P Global, where she was responsible for quantitative research in corporate and government rating and built the Market Derived Signal Model. Before that, Zhou worked as a quantitative derivatives analyst at ING. She received a BS in statistics from People's University of China, Beijing, in 2008 and an MS in computational finance at Carnegie Mellon University in 2009. Zhou is a CFA charterholder.
